The Hrd Design Awards 18th edition
Dance show – Peace starts with you!
HRD Antwerp launches a brand new designer community that supports and nurtures creators by providing them with the right network and resources they need to succeed. A collaborative environment, bringing fairs, industry stakeholders, eld experts, and designers together, to drive progress. To provide the needed educational tools to help young designers grow their business.
With the help of ambassadors and partners form within the industry, true captains of change in their own right, we create a community that will inspire, share and grow talent around the globe.
The winners were selected by a jury of 18 members under the guidance of Mr. Gaetano Cavalieri, President of CIBJO.
The jury selected the 3 winners that made a design within the chosen theme: peace. Storytelling, technical skills and the ability to translate this into the design were the decisive factors that led to the choices of the jury. More than 1500 participants entered about 1600 designs.
Following industry leaders took up the responsability of judging these 1.600 designs: Laetitia Crahay, Roberto Coin, Bernadette Pinet-Cuoq, Florence Joos, Eva Olde Monnikhof, Lydia Courteille, Myreine A. Massih, Audrey Huet, Valeria Percossi Papi, Lucia Silvestri, Giorgio Damiani, Rafaat Nasaar, Lorenzo De Medici, Shalin zaveri, Enzo Liverino, Pamela Hastry, Einas Mohammed and Fred Mouawad.
We were honored to join the community and invented a special ballet with our creations.

The Dance Show features some of the best Italian dancers who will spearhead the event to represent the journey of a designer.
Among hundreds, only nine designers were selected and matched by nine dancers.
Three dancers represent the three categories: diamonds, colorful stones, and accessories. They are the three Muses of Classic Culture, inspiring arts, and poetry, fully dressed with our jewels.
During the dance show, the Muses surround the designers, introducing them to a supportive community that enables them to express themselves and develop their creativity.
The Muses represent the young designers of @hrd_antwerp.
